YEY finished the whirlwind...took me just over 30 mins now i hav to start painting :(

Berlin

Allright as you know im movin..to berlin. which means i ll be able to see all the new things that come out and yea all that...im goin to the gamesday..i ll take my camera and take sum pics for u guys and i ll keep u up to date wif games i play and other projects. yan apparently ordered me a whirlwind...120 points :D and if i get another one and landspeeder i can make an apocolypse formation! unlimited range..greg and tell me wen ur comin ova!!

well we havnt used the blog in ages so lets get sumin on here again...well the new hellhound (plastic) for the ig looks quite good, the trailer for the new space marine game for the consoles has been released. yan has apparently ordered....and yea i think the club is gna be at mine on saturday or friday..tell me guys if u can make it on saturday.

SM Wave 2

well as you know gws is releasin sum new models in the summer along with planet strike...including the land speeder storm, ironclad dreadnought, khan, hestan and here are sum pics..

mmmm...gws is increasin the prices for sum models (metal and plastic) and hobby tools on the first of june :(
greg can we order sum things before that then? like in may at sum point??

hehehe..well took me 4 hrs to glue it...im on 5 or 6 hrs now (painiting) and im nearly done! ill hav it done for the friday and the citadel washes worked rlly well on it :D i can recommend gettin em and here are sum pics painted it in the armaggedon, steel legion scheme...just hav the lascannons and a few extra things to paint...

aaah its good to be in europe..well i went into a few gws...bought another chaplain. some paint and washes, brushes. and i got a look at the new imperial guard codex. some pretty sweet stuff in there. its laid out exactly like the new sm codex. the new models also look rlly great. like the new commisar, ratlings and the valkery. and they are increasin the prices :( again...i think on the first of june...so i think we shud order all our stuff for the summer before that. oh and i have the imperial guard reference sheet...if u guys want it (cus john didnt want to giv it to anyone..)

New Imps

They went overkill on the imp's.

John has a platoon:
1 command squad
1-3 squads of standard guys
a few squads of conscript (a normal conscript squad being 50 men)
1-3 heavy weapon squadrons

and this rule that means that although he can't shoot with them for his turn, they benefit from a 2+ cover save.

his lemun russes are now in squadrons that count as 1 heavy choice on a data sheet.
he can have 9 lemun russes on the field (STANDARD).

Vulkan He'stan

finally they made a model!
this is the forgefather of the salamanders..he has a powerfist with built in heavy flamer and master crafted blade/spear. If u hav him in ur army all energy hammers count as mastercrafted and all flamers and melters count as twin linked. Pretty badass. oh and a 3+ invunrable save from the cloak....but i think its a gamesday exlusive (grrr)

Steel Legion

i downloaded the mod for the steel legion for dark crusade...its not bad. but they lack fire power (even though thats not the case in the actual game) sadly .

but its great to see sum other units in the game

and usin the stormblade with its massive plasma cannon was also fun

Reaver Titan

this is the reaver titan with the new parts...the power fist and melta cannon (drool) nothing can save ur monolith from that yan ! :D
the new parts along with some new models will be on show at the forgeworld open day in a few weeks.

DOW 2 Mod

apparently there is a mod for dawn of war 2 were u can be space marines but bring in a few imperial guardsmen..so far ive only seen kaskirn

Imperial Guard
